Guidelines and Procedures in Handling Letter Notices Generated Through Third-Party Information Data Matching with Tax Returns

►  This is issued to simplify guidelines and minimize processing time in
handling LNs generated through the following:

-     Reconciliation of Listing for Enforcement System - Summary List of Sales and Purchases (RELIEF);

-     Bureau of Customs Data Program (BOC); and

-     Tax Reconciliation System (TRS).

►  This Order shall cover the income tax, value-added and/or
percentage tax liabilities of individual and corporate taxpayers who
are issued LNs based on the RELIEF, BOC and TRS TPI data
matching programs.
